Everyone at Hopes and Dreams is passionate about child development. That’s why our teams are made up of individuals who have a compassionate approach and understand the importance of catering to every child’s needs.
Staff qualifications
The quality of our staff is of the upmost importance and the Hopes and Dreams team hold a range of childcare and other qualifications you can see in their profiles. We provide continual support and training for our current staff through INSET days, regular appraisals and individual courses.
We also support future early years workers by providing placements for childcare students and apprentices. Students aren’t included in our staff/child ratio, but they do provide invaluable help to the staff team.
