We’re delighted to share some wonderful news from across the Hopes and Dreams family. Christopher Grierson, Manager at our Angel nursery, has been awarded Dukes Education’s New Staff Member of the Year, a fantastic and well-deserved achievement.
Since joining Hopes and Dreams in summer 2025, Christopher has brought with him a real sense of positivity and a “can do” attitude that is felt by everyone around him, children, families, and colleagues alike. He has thrown himself into nursery life, giving 110% every single day, and it’s been inspiring to see the energy, warmth, and care he brings into the setting.
Christopher has been recognised for the hard work and dedication he shows in supporting high-quality practice. Whether it’s leading his team with encouragement, building strong relationships with families, or ensuring every child feels safe, nurtured, and valued, he consistently goes above and beyond.
At Hopes and Dreams, we believe that the heart of a nursery is its people, and this award is a wonderful reminder of the difference one passionate, driven person can make. We are incredibly proud to have Christopher as part of our community and we know his team at Angel are just as proud as we are.
