Coronavirus update – 17/03/2020 (4.15 pm)

Posted: 17th March 2020

Self-Isolation Period

The main change since yesterday’s update that the government have increased the number of days of self-isolation from 7 to 14 for anyone who is in a household of two or more.   This will obviously be the case for all of our children and we will be monitoring this closely.

Checking for Fever

Please be mindful of your own and your children’s temperatures and would appreciate if you could check these each morning before leaving the house.  If they are raised (37.8), do not bring your child into the Nursery School and inform us that you are self-isolating.  We will be continuing to monitor all children’s temperatures throughout the day and you will be required to collect your child if their temperature reaches 37.8 or above.  We will of course, still administer paracetamol to your child if you require us to do so whilst we wait for you to arrive.
