We strive to educate the children in healthy lifestyle and encourage them to be as physically active as possible.

Hopes and Dreams have an outside garden where children  enjoy a great variety of creative and imaginative activities, such as planting, climbing and balancing, nature trails and construction equipment.

We also organize walks to our nearby parks and excursions within the local community, e.g. trips to the library, theatre, swimming pool.
